Formerly known as month-of coordination, our Event Management & Coordination service has been thoughtfully elevated to provide comprehensive support for every aspect of your special day.

From our 12-week takeover where you’ll pass the baton on all the details to the end of the night teardown, we’re here to help you navigate the journey leading up to your wedding. We will work closely with you to organize all the intricate details, so you can relax and truly enjoy the lead-up to your celebration.

With our day-of support, you can rest assured that everything will run smoothly, allowing you to focus on the joy of your love story unfolding. Let us handle the logistics while you bask in the magic of your moment.

Service overview

  • • Email and telephone communication twelve weeks prior to your wedding

    • Wedding Day Intake Questionnaire to share all planning details thus far

    • Review of files and information, including vendor contracts and confirmed wedding details

    • Vendor Check-Ins & Confirmations

  • At the 10 to 8 week mark, we'll meet to run through all the details together.

    • Wedding Vendor Review

    • Wedding Timeline Review

    • Wedding Decor Review

    • Day Of Contingency Planning

    • Review of any outstanding tasks, issues, and next steps

    Following this call, you'll also receive:

    • Personalized planning to-do list for the final six weeks with deadlines

    • Customized timeline and event flow to ensure the wedding runs smoothly

    • Customized online planning portal for communication

  • • Receipt of fully assembled wedding decor items for placement up to one week prior to the wedding

    • Final confirmation of all vendors, including individualized timelines and instructions

    • Final planning meeting two weeks before the wedding

    • Final walkthrough of your wedding venue with relevant vendors

    • Bridal party timelines and instructions

    • 1-hour wedding ceremony rehearsal, to take place the week of the wedding

    • 8 hours of on-site coordination and production on the day of your wedding

    • One guaranteed assistant on the wedding day for 8 hours (can be staggered)

    • Full coordination of all your hired vendors, including venue staff, catering, floral design, production crews, entertainment, photography, videography, bridal styling, beauty, musicians, officiant, and any vendors you’ve hired

    • Pre-wedding set-up, styling, and coordination to ensure the wedding design comes to life

    • Full coordination of the wedding day and cues, including pre-ceremony festivities, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing

    • Post-wedding clean-up and take down

Service Overview

  • • Client Welcome Package with planning resources, preferred vendors, and helping tips to kick off the wedding planning journey

    • Onboarding Questionnaire to collect all the details you've nailed down thus far and determine our next major milestones

    • Customized online planning portal for communication and organization, along with a structured planning timeline

    • Kickoff Meeting (preferably in person) to review the planning process and determine next steps.

  • • Budget & Priorities Questionnaire to help communicate their priorities and financial expectations

    • Budget & Priorities Meeting to review your answers and add clarity

    • Following the above two milestones, you'll receive a customized budget catered to your priorities and based on our industry experience

    • Budget Presentation & Confirmation Meeting. During this meeting, we will finalize spending so that we can move forward with design and vendor recommendations

    • Venue Research & Booking (if applicable)

    • VIP Vendor Research & Booking. Typically this includes Catering (when applicable), Photography and Videography, and DJ and/or Live Music.

  • • Design Questionnaire to get a feel for your overall aesthetic vision

    • Preliminary Design Meeting to review your vision and determine design deliverables

    • Wedding Design Proposal & Confirmation Meeting

    • Design Vendor Research & Booking including attire, floral design, rentals, stationery, and other decor pieces

    • Design Mockups, Layouts & Diagrams

  • • Remaining Vendor Research & Booking

    • Menu Selection & Tastings

    • Logistical & Vendor Management

    • Timeline Questionnaire to review your priorities and vision for the flow of the day

    • Timeline & Event Flow Meetings

    • Customized timeline and event flow to ensure the wedding runs smoothly

  • This is the final 12 weeks leading up the the big day:

    • RSVP Tracking and Management

    • Final Guest Counts

    • Assistance with Seating Assignments

    • Final Design & Detail Preparation

    • Final Vendor Meetings & Walkthroughs

    • Assistance with coordinating final vendor payments

  • • Receipt of fully assembled wedding decor items for placement up to one week prior to the wedding

    • Final confirmation of all vendors, including individualized timelines and instructions

    • Final planning meeting two weeks before the wedding

    • Final walkthrough of your wedding venue with relevant vendors
